Scholar’s Apartments provide single studio rooms with a kitchen area. They are near Hanlin Square which has a number of facilities such as banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and cafes. They are around ten to fifteen minutes’ walk to our campuses.

Daily rent: Depending on the length of the tenancy contract, the current daily rent is between 85 and105 RMB.
Internet: Not included. Tenants have to arrange and pay for their own internet connection.
Reservation: Booking with XJTLU Global is required if students want to live in Scholar’s Garden Apartment.
